Biography

Stephanie is an AV rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, practicing primarily in the areas of estate planning, elder law, business representation, and collections. 

Stephanie is the former chair of the South Central Kentucky Estate Planning Council. Further, she is an active member in the Elder Law and Probate and Trust Sections of the Kentucky Bar Association, as well as the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association.

Stephanie is also recognized in the community for her public service work. She is a previous recipient of the Gwyneth B. Davis Outstanding Public Service Award, and she also received the Pro Bono Public Award from the Warren County Lawyers Care Program in recognition of the free legal services she has provided to the region.

In 2018, Stephanie was selected to serve, and continues to serve, on the Planning Committee of the UK/CLE Midwest-Midsouth Planning Institute. This two-day Institute presented by the University of Kentucky College of Law is the longest-running annual CLE in Kentucky and has over 200 pre-registered attendees. In 2019, she was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Kentucky Bar Association, by the KBA Board of Governors. Locally, Stephanie proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of South Central Kentucky.
